Definition

Rapporto dra la deviazione standard e valor medio della velocita' del vento, misurati su un certo intervallo temporale (solitamente 10 o 60 minuti).
Ratio of the wind speed standard deviation to the mean wind speed, determined from the same set of measured data samples of wind speed, and taken over a specified period of time, typically 10min or 60min.
