Scanner mirrors
DEFINITION
Scanner components intended to modify the beam trajectories of both, the laser beam and the backscattered one. The scanner mirrors steer the outgoing beam towards the atmosphere and the backscattered incoming beam towards the receiver. Usually,some of these mirrors are coupled with servo motors, enabling the lidar to perform measurements in differents orientations by varying the mirror angles. English
